3 flavored water recipes for reduction
Bloat and desire
Aren't you happy about weight gain like me during lockdown and reduced activity? I really crave sweets these days and just can't control them.
I've never been a sweet person, but lately I've been craving sweets almost every day, and I wish I could do something about it. Well, here I share different ways to control my urge, which I am trying to do. But coincidentally, most of them only affect one thing – Self-control. After my nutritionist suggested something very interesting that made me curious and obviously a curious cat, I decided to give it a try and believe in four days that I managed to stay away from sweets. Hmmm! Not bad for someone who couldn't be gone even a day.
Reduce flatulence and cravings – how!
Try natural flavored water
I drink 4 liters of water, so my nutritionist told me to try spicing it up a little, and now when I crave candy, I take a few sips and the water tastes so delicious that I can do it, mine Desire to control.
Here are some recipes for water with a natural aroma, without increasing the calorie content, just the nutritional value. Please do not fall for the flavored water available on the markets – most contain preservatives, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, dextrose, high fructose corn syrup and refined sugar (read these labels!).
You can make your own infusions at home – it's really very easy. Just add fresh fruits, except bananas, mostly citrus and berries are ideal, fragrant fresh herbs and spices also add many herbs to fruit flavors, Crush the fruits and herbs with a wooden spoon into filtered water and place in the fridge.
Try different combinations to find the taste you like – it's so much better for you than carbonated drinks!
