My simple logic is that on a keto diet you can eat cucumber if it doesn't contain any sugar or carbohydrates in any form. Pickles can be perfectly low-carb and keto-friendly as a snack or even a tasty accompaniment to meals. The only thing we need to be careful about when choosing ready-to-use cucumbers is that most of them contain extra sugar that helps add carbohydrates to a perfect keto diet and in turn ruin them.
