Parineeti says that she gains weight very easily and that is why it is very important to keep the weight off. Before she came to Bollywood she was fat and very heavy at 125 pounds. What's in her diet and what workouts did she do to get lean?
Below is a list of the workouts Parineeti prefers on a regular basis. Aside from the regular workouts, she also does some interesting activities that keep us fit too.
- She goes jogging early every day.
- Then she meditates for a while.
- She regularly does some yoga exercises for about an hour.
- In order to maintain her weight and always be fit, she regularly prefers cardio.
- Aside from these regular exercises, she enjoys swimming and running on the treadmill.
