How To Celebrate On Paleo / LCHF Diet
In the coming days I will be very bored with what I have been doing lately and you will have no choice but to read 😛, lol. Aside from jokes, I've experimented a lot with my lifestyle.
Are you a type of person who does not want to disclose that you are on a diet or trying to lose weight?
Are you very sociable and don't want to endanger your social life? You don't want to miss out on food, film plans and caramel popcorn, go out to eat with friends and family?
Are you someone who wants to both diet and enjoy eating and living?
If so, you're like me, hi 5 🙂. Although I tell everyone that I am on a diet and trying to lose weight, being a blogger for weight loss is a professional hazard 😛. But yes, I don't want to say no to all the delicious dishes my friends offer me during the party. I am not a difficult person at all and I hate to sound like one. So I find out how I can celebrate Low carb / paleo 😀.
Low to celebrate on the Paleo / LCHF diet
At the weekend I had a barbecue party with my friends 🙂. My friends drank, had fries and burgers, ate whatever they wanted, Grrrrrrrhh * (& (* ^% $ &% $ & (* (^% *% (my curses 😛)). I had paneer tikka and vegetable tikkis To be honest, I had a burger with vegetable tikki, even though I threw a portion of bread 😛 (like kids … they eat the delicious thing and throw the rest away).
Food for the grill party
Non-vegetables can grill practically anything from chicken, fish, pork to bacon. We had chicken and fish, but my friends were so full of chicken that the fish had to wait. Vegetables can have paneer tikka and vegetables tikkis. Grilling peppers, mini potatoes, mushrooms, etc. is also an option, but you'll need grill sticks for that. You have to marinate chicken and paneer for tikkas. You can also get buns for making burgers, though this is a bad idea if you're on a diet.
How to marinate chicken and paneer for grilling
1. Wash the boneless chicken.
2. Add curd according to the amount of chicken and paneer. It's better to marinate chicken and paneer separately, as some people might be strictly vegetarian.
3. Add spices – salt, pepper, King of the Kitchen / Garam Masala, red chilli powder and mix.
4. Store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Marinating overnight gives the best taste.
5. Pull the stuff out of the fridge 1 hour before grilling.
Make sure the spices are higher as some of the flavor just burns away when grilling.
If you like the taste of barbeque sauce, you can also grind ginger, garlic, onions, and add barbecue sauce. This mixture together with spices goes with marinated curd cheese. We didn't use barbecue sauce.
Drinks for the grill party
Diet cola and lemon water with crushed ice are suitable drinks. If you need to drink hard, take a small vodka stick with diet soda. Although vodka is low in carbohydrates, vodka can throw you out of ketosis in ketosis. So take your call accordingly.
Play some music and shake your legs and your booty for a while for a change from clapping 😀. Dancing will be fun at the party and you will burn what you eat 🙂
