- 9 everyone Medjool dates
- 1/3 Cup old fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup peanut butter Naturally
- 1/2 TL vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Coconut flakes
Place the oats in a food processor and mix until a fine, floury consistency is obtained (this may take a few minutes). Put in a mixing bowl.
Place the dates (without pits) in the food processor and mix until a sticky paste forms. Pour the sticky date paste into the mixing bowl.
Add cocoa powder, peanut butter, and vanilla to the mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.
Carefully shape the dough into balls, using about two tablespoons of dough per ball.
Place the coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in the coconut.
Enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.
