I was in the market yesterday buying vegetables when I saw broccoli and pineapple for a reasonable price. I thought I could make a nice smoothie with it. So yeah, I found this simple weight loss recipe in one of the older posts from 2013, so I decided to republish it.

Having smoothies in your breakfast can be the best thing you can do for your health. I don't have smoothies myself every day, but I try to have them at least 3-4 times a week. Smoothies are a great way to get in fiber and nutrients. Smoothies strengthen the immune system and also help with weight loss.
Now, if I tell you I like broccoli in my smoothie, you will feel like Yuk. How can anyone make broccoli juice, but when you pair broccoli with pineapple, you don't get that pungent, pungent taste. You just have to keep the right ratio so you don't get a bitter drink.
The broccoli smoothie recipe is pretty simple and takes no more than five minutes. This also includes cutting and juicing.
Here are the ingredients for the smoothie
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup of chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup of green grapes
- 1/2 cup double-tinted milk
Method – just put all of these things in a blender. I generally prefer thick smoothie, but if you are a beginner at smoothies make the consistency thin. Just add more milk and water or you may not like the taste.
