As promised, I'll share everything I've learned from my nutritionist. She asked me to drink warm lemon water with nuts as soon as I get up in the morning. All you have to do is squeeze half a lemon into a glass of lukewarm water.I know lemon water is good, my mom asked me to make it a habit, but I'm lazy, don't listen.

Lemons are alkalizing foods for the body. They are acidic, but after metabolism they become alkaline. Drinking lemon water regularly can help prevent acidity in the body.

Who doesn't know the beauty benefits of lemon? Even a beginner in makeup (read me) knows that lemon helps reduce wrinkles and blemishes. I know it keeps me away from acne. So you see, Lemon works from the inside out, period.
