Hi folks, I hope you are fine as the country opens up. I am sure that many of us will suffer from double chin sitting at home and eating away the goodies for glory. It is devastating and we all want to get rid of it. It makes us look old. It is very common in overweight men and women. But here is bad news; Women are more susceptible to this than men. Many celebrities also suffer from it. Because our body has to store fat in all of these places when there is excess fat. And if you do sports, you know how unflattering it is.

How to reduce double chinHowever, getting rid of a double chin is definitely not impossible. I know that stain reduction is not possible, but there are certain things that help. There are many factors that cause double chin, genetics, aging, and loss of skin elasticity. The main muscle responsible for this is the platysma muscle.

1. Chin lifting or chin lifting exercise

It tightens the chin along the jaw and eliminates sagging and tightens the skin along the jaw just above the double chin, pulling up the sagging skin. Sit upright and tilt your head back until you look up at the ceiling. The lips should be tightly pursed as if you wanted to kiss the blanket. Just use your lips, don't tighten your facial muscles. Hold your lips for five seconds and then release them. Repeat 10 times.

3. Neck roll

Now this is my favorite. It really relaxes the neck muscles. Sit up straight and inhale as you turn your head so that your chin touches your shoulder. Now exhale and slowly lower your head so that your chin rests on your chest. Breathe in again and gently lift your head to the other side, where the chin touches the other shoulder. Repeat 10 times.

4. Massage in with cocoa butter

You can also rub cocoa butter on your neck and chin. Take a tablespoon of cocoa butter and heat it lightly in the palms of your hands. Massage your neck and double chin region as gently as possible. You can use any body butter or lotion with cocoa butter. It increases the elasticity of the skin.

5. Chewing exercises

Chewing exercises help reduce fat, chin and neck. You can have anything that involves a lot of chewing, such as chewing gum, carrots, etc. They all give good training to this area.

6. Lose weight overall

If you are overall fat, losing weight along with the above measures will give you the best possible results.

If you do the exercises mentioned, you won't get immediate results, but you can definitely expect results after one week and most likely in two weeks. Start the exercises by repeating 10 times once a day and repeating 10-15 times twice a day.
